As a new guy, what restrictions do I have?

With NASA Rally Sport, novices have no restrictions on their rally license. You can race in any class, whether that's a naturally aspirated 2WD car, or a turbocharged AWD car or anything inbetween, whatever suits your fancy. You are allowed to use stage notes, you can do recce, and you are permitted to take part in the shakedown and press stages.
